Walton County man sentenced to life for attempted 1st degree premeditated murder

A Ponce de Leon man was sentenced to life in prison Tuesday for a May 2014 incident in which he shot a neighbor in his abdomen.

Officers located Roulhac at his home where he was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery on a Minor Older than 12 but Younger than 18.

Officials said Calhoun said the texting was something that spiraled out of control and was not based in reality.
