Central Florida’s New Unemployment Rate was posted today at 7.3!!!!!! For the past 15 years, our job fairs have been and are a key element in helping Central Florida’s Unemployed find jobs.

How many will be at our next job fair?

WHAT? The Mayor’s Job Fair – in honor of Orange County Mayor Richard Crotty

WHEN? January 28, 2009 12 Noon-4:00pm

WHERE? Central Florida Fair Exposition Park, 4603 W Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL

WHY? To help Central Florida’s Unemployed Community meet with over 70 employers offering hundreds of upper/mid/entry level career openings in all types of Central Florida Industries

Updated: 07/10/2012 - Panama City - School doesn't start for another several weeks, but a Panama City Rescue Mission program that helps students in need get ready for the new year is already busy getting families signed up. New this year, "Klothes for Kids" is doing on-site registration at places like Girls Inc. and the Boys and Girls Club. That makes it even easier for families to get the help they need.
