Local Organizations Gear up for 'Under the Oaks Bluegrass Festival'

Free food --- great weather, what could make a Saturday afternoon any more perfect?

The Bay County Commission and the Shaddai Shriners Club hosted a free concert and hotdog cookout Saturday afternoon at under the Oaks Park off Tyndall Parkway.

The event marks the completion of a joint project to build a stage at the park for the Shriners' upcoming Under the Oaks Bluegrass Festival. Bay County employees built the stage, with materials provided by the shriners. For more information about the festival, visit the link below.
