Friday, Bay District School Superintendent James McCalister told Newschannel 7 the three teens will not face any kind of punishment at school.
He says they would not have broken any rules or committed any crimes if 26-year-old Jeaneen Tyndall hadn't initiated it.
McCalister says Tyndall gave the teenagers the drugs when she was supposed to be the adult in the situation.
Tyndall is free after posting $10,500 bond Thursday. She's been ordered to stay away from the teens and away from the Bozemen campus.
