The Bay County Health Department will conduct a Back to School Shot Program. Immunizations will be provided to children K5 through 12th grade. Shots are FREE and no appointment is necessary.
Floridians can take responsibility for their child's health by engaging in preventive health behaviors, such as eating well, getting daily doses of physical activity, not smoking and staying current with immunization shots.
The shot clinic will be held at the Bay County Health Department Auditorium, 597 West 11th Street.
- August 8 through 12. (8:00am to 11:00am) | (1:00pm to 4:00pm)
- August 15 through 17. (8:00am to 11:00am) | (1:00pm to 4:00pm)
