Airport traffic up in September

PANAMA CITY, Fla (WJHG/WECP) - Even with the active hurricane season in the Gulf, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport still saw growth in airport traffic in the month of September.

Wednesday morning, the airport held their board meeting and talked about passenger traffic for September.

According to Parker McClellan, the Airport Director, in September, airport traffic was up seven percent compared to the same month last year.
