JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - According to Florida Highway Patrol, a driver from Louisiana was arrested after reportedly pointing a handgun at people in a different car on Interstate 10.
Troopers said the incident happened Tuesday afternoon. Tallahassee Regional Communication Center reportedly received a call about an altercation between two motorists headed westbound on I-10 (State Road 8) at mile marker 158 in Jackson County.
The suspect driver, later identified as Christopher Wilkinson, 34, was reportedly stopped by FHP at mile marker 133.
According to FHP, the trooper’s on scene found probable cause that the incident did happen and Wilkinson was arrested for Aggravated Assault With Firearm and Obstruction Without Violence.
