Friday Forecast

Good Friday morning everyone, TGIF, and a big thank you to all who served our country as we observe Veterans Day today. The Veterans Day holiday is tomorrow and the forecast is looking great as we kick off the weekend today.

Skies are clear on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar but we do have a few clouds still cruising our skies early on. They'll continue to dissipate quickly and skies will be mainly sunny today.

Winds are from the northeast now and that will continue to usher in a more November feel for the next several days. We'll have a pair of cold front actually passing through this weekend.

They'll mainly pass through unnoticed, like today's, but by Sunday a few more clouds may kick up in the skies and a stray shower may be possible Sunday night.

Either way, they'll keep us feeling very fall-like with temperatures in the mornings in the 40s inland and low 50s on the coast, with afternoon highs warming up to the low 70s.

We'll sit at the base of a ridge for the next several days as well and that will lead to a good amount of sunshine with a few passing clouds at times for the weekend.

Bottom Line...
For today, mainly sunny skies after a few morning clouds. Highs today will be chilly in the low 70s, but most of the day will be spent in the upper 60s.

Your VIPIR 7 Day Forecast has the Veterans Day holiday looking beautiful tomorrow, and a great finish to the weekend for Sunday as well.
