PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - If you've ever lost a loved one the holiday season may be especially difficult for you.
The Grief and Loss Center of NW Florida hosted their annual "Hope for the Holidays Remembrance Luncheon" Tuesday afternoon at Forest Park United Methodist Church in Panama City.
"It just touches a lot of people's hearts that are hurting at the holiday time, wondering how they're going to cope, whether we have recent losses or not, oftentimes we feel kind of blue or sad at holiday time and especially afterward," said Quinta Scarfo, former president of the Grief and Loss Center of NW Florida.
NewsChannel7's own Neysa Wilkins performed at the luncheon. She sang several holiday songs, including "O-Holy Night."
