Massage parlor investigation ends with four arrests

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Four people are facing charges after an investigation into a massage parlor in Panama City Beach.

According to Bay County Sheriff's Deputies, they received multiple complaints of people performing sexual acts for money at the Aquarius Day Spa in the Promenade Mall on Front Beach Road.

Tuesday, investigators with the Special Investigations Division (SID) developed probable cause to arrest Haley Wheeler, 25. She was an employee of the spa. She is charged with prostitution. Deputies also arrested Bridgett Chitic, 31, who was the manager of the business, on a prostitution charge.

Deputies arrested Joseph Rogers, 51, for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While License Suspended and Holly Wombles, 33, on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Chitic is also charged with Permitting Unlicensed Person to Practice Massage Therapy.
