PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Amy Giles is a professional stylist and stopped by the NewsChannel 7 studio to provide some tips on organizing your closet.
"The first recommendation I have is to really edit first before you even start organizing. Get out what does not bring you joy, does not make you happy," Giles suggested. She says it's then easier to organize your clothes by season and color.
Giles also suggests using velvet, non-slip hangers and arranging your shoes so one shoe is facing one way and the matching shoe is facing the other direction. This saves space.
