Good Monday morning everyone!
It's a quiet start on radar this morning with clear skies overhead.
But it's cold! Temperatures have plummeted into the widespread 40s, with even some spotty 30s showing up in the Wiregrass. Be sure to dress warmly out the door this Mid-April morning, and keep the warm clothes handy throughout the day today. Temperatures only gradually warm through the 40s to near 50 degrees by the end of the morning drive.
We'll be running seasonally cold throughout the whole day as well. Under beautiful sunshine today we only see it gradually warm our temperatures up to the mid to upper 60s by the late afternoon. That's easily a good 10 degrees below our seasonal average today, if not more in some locations.
High pressure is building in overhead today. So we will enjoy drier conditions underneath clear skies today and most of tomorrow as well. And with the clear and quiet conditions with dry air in place, we'll get downright cold once again tonight. Temperatures will return to the low to mid 40s overnight tonight and out the door tomorrow morning.
After a good sunny day today, the sunshine will be modifying the latest cool blast, warming it up some. While we'll be cold starting off the morning hours of our Tuesday, we will see a bit more of a rebound by the afternoon with temps on Tuesday returning to the 70s. As the high shifts east through the midweek, we'll see our warmth and humidity returning.
For today, abundant sunshine with a chilly northwesterly breeze. Highs today will be seasonally cold in the mid to upper 60s. Your 7 Day Forecast will keep us nice and sunny through the midweek forecast with warmth returning by then as well.
