Panama City man accused of sexually battering disabled child

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A Panama City man is facing charges after police say he sexually battered a disabled child.

According to Panama City Police, Sean Utu, 38, is facing two counts of sexual battery on a victim under the age of 18 but older than 12 with a disability.

According to the arrest report, the victim told Utu no but could not fight him off due to a physical disability. Utu reportedly told the victim if she told anyone, he would kill her.
