Tuesday Forecast

Good Tuesday morning everyone!

It's a relatively quiet start on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar this morning with the exception of a few light showers moving onto the Forgotten Coast. We'll see a few more of these develop through the midday once we get a little more daytime heating and they could spread a bit further west.

For the meantime, it's a chilly morning with 40s inland and low 50s on the coast. But temps actually warmed up a bit before sunrise as most got the morning started in the low to mid 50s.

We'll have a bit more clouds cruising our skies though today, so I don't think it will get overly warm this afternoon. However, temps will be warmer than the past couple days as highs should be closer to 70 this afternoon.

A few showers will spring up over NWFL through the midday, but once the sun starts to go down in the late afternoon we should see them diminish. We won't be done with rain chances for the week yet, however, as a cold front will head toward the south.

That front will also help develop another low out of the Gulf, and looks to bring more rain chances late in the day on Wednesday, through the night and into the early morning hours of our Thanksgiving. But I do think most of the rain will be exiting to the east by sunrise on Thanksgiving, or just a few hours later.

Bottom Line...
For today, mostly cloudy skies with a few showers. Highs today will be closer to 70 degrees.

We'll pick up a little more rain Wednesday into early Thursday morning before skies clear out in the second half of our Thanksgiving on your VIPIR 7 Day Forecast.
