Good Tuesday morning everyone!
It's a quiet start on VIPIR 7 Doppler Radar this morning with mainly clear skies. And while a few clouds may cruise by in the southern sky or in the far western sky today, we'll be on a whole, abundantly sunny today.
On the other hand, temperatures are chilly! We're waking up in the 30s and 40s, with a wind chill closer to the 20s and low 30s! Dress warmly out the door this morning and keep the warm gear handy today. Highs under abundant sunshine will only reach the mid 50s as a breezy northerly wind keeps drawing in chilly air today.
The good news is it will be short lived. We'll have another cold morning tomorrow as high pressure slides overhead tonight and winds back off a touch. By tomorrow afternoon the high will be sliding by to our east and that will open back up the Gulf allowing for southerly winds to help our temperatures rebound to a more seasonal feel.
We'll finish off the work week with highs in the 60s.
For today, abundant sunshine with a breezy northerly wind. Highs today will only reach the mid 50s. Your VIPIR 7 Day Forecast will keep one more chilly morning around for tomorrow with a gradual rebound in temps through tomorrow afternoon.
