WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - A new K-9 has joined the ranks of the Walton County's Sheriff's Office.
Friday, WCSO introduced one-year-old K-9 Jester, the newest addition to a revamped three team K-9 Unit.
In October, WCSO sought an 18-week certification through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
"His first week out on the road, he made two felony narcotics cases," Jester's handler Deputy Damon Byrd said. "I couldn't ask for a better dog."
