PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (WJHG) - Good Sunday evening! Hopefully everyone enjoyed the Super Bowl. Our weather was not so super this morning. We woke up to a line of strong showers and storms pushing through, but our skies began to clear up as we moved into the afternoon hours. Expect mostly clear skies tonight with lows around average into the mid 40's.
Sunshine will return for tomorrow with highs in the mid 60's, right where we should be this time of year.
You'll notice more clouds moving into our skies on Tuesday ahead of another cold front that will make its way into the panhandle on Wednesday. This will bring us a chance for scattered showers.
The cloud cover will stick around for the rest of the week with an increased chance for showers Saturday and Sunday as an area of disturbed weather is expected to form and push into the Southeast over the weekend.
Have a wonderful Monday!
