Local Law Enforcement Gives Back to Community

PANAMA CITY BEACH -- Local law enforcement finds a way to give back this holiday season.

Panama City Beach police teamed up with Harley Davidson on Highway 98 to promote their Benefitting Cops'N Kids program.

Each year panama city police collects unwrapped new toys from local businesses and The community and distributes them out to families in need.

Panama City Beach Police Officer Brian Buschmann said, “Makes me feel special that I'm able to provide for those who are under privileged, might not have a Christmas toy to unwrap."

Harley Davidson hosted the event with cinnamon rolls and chili dogs and even musical guest Don Pedigo sang Christmas tunes live.

This is the 23rd year for the Cops’N Kids program. The Panama City beach police department plans to deliver the gifts donated today to different families on December 20, 2013.
