A Springfield man is behind bars after a fight over a woman ends in a stabbing.
Police say 24-year-old Marcelo Sanchez stabbed another man in the back and in the abdomen while fighting over a girlfriend.
Springfield officials say Sanchez used scissors to stab Salvadore Miranda.
Springfield Police investigators picked up Sanchez later and charged him with aggravated battery. He’s being held in the Bay County Jail.
