Gasoline Rationing Rumors Are NOT True

Rumors and other false reports started circulating in the Panama City Area Friday afternoon. State officials say there is no gasoline rationing and none is planned.

As always, individual gas stations reserve the right to limit sales, but there are no stations in this part of the station using the practice at this time.

There are a few gas stations in central and south Florida limiting the amount of gas a customer may purchase to help conserve their supply, but these stations are few and far between.
