Threat At Pay High School

News Channel 7 has learned that for the second time in one week, Bay County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a threatening message made at a Bay County high school.

At about 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, a student at Bay High reported a threatening message written on the wall in the boys bathroom.

When officers responded, they found a message, written in pen and pencil. In pen it said "I will kill everyone Sept. - 2010 with a bomb."

It appeared that someone else scribbled over the day with a pencil so you couldn't read it and then wrote "31" above it.

Officers erased the pencil scribbling over the day which revealed the original suspect had written this would happen on September 5th.

They concluded the 5th would be a Sunday, and there is no school on Sundays and there's not 31 days in September.

The school's principal sent an e-mail to all teachers and staff asking them to check their rooms for suspicious items and a K-9 searched the school but found nothing. No arrests have been made.

This incident comes exactly one week after a similar threat was written on a restroom wall at Mosely High School.

Deputies identified the student responsible for that threat but no arrests were made in that case either.

It's amazing how a student who claims to blow up the school with a bomb on the 5th is the same high school student that couldn't figure out 3 days from writing their bomb threat was going to fall on a Sunday and that there is only 30 days in September! How does a student that stupid even graduate to enter high school? It sounds to me as though this student couldn't blow up a balloon let alone put a bomb together and blow up the school.
