brian, have you been there long enough to remember cutting employees hours from 40 hours a week in order to save money for this? i have people very close to me that work there.cutting someones hours is very close to taking their money. i would rather change my career than work for them. i have worked there before. many years ago it was the best hospital in PC to work for. now you don't have much choice. i have worked in hospitals from orlando to san francisco to boston and many in between. i have never worked in a hospital that does not give holiday pay, shift differential, nor one that reduces its employee's hours to help pay for their new construction. bay med is lucky there are not any unions around.

What money are you talking about, Jeremy? I work there. The hospital didn't take ANY money from me. And there is only one CEO, Steve Johnson...you know, the guy in the interview. Have you ever worked for Bay Medical Center, Jeremy?
