Life in Prison With No Chance for Parole

Timmy Pilgreen, the man who ran over several members of a bikers club, will never get out of prison.

Bay County Circuit Judge Don T. Sirmons sentenced Pilgreen to two consecutive life terms in prison plus and additional 30 years.

A year ago an angry Pilgreen rammed his pick-up trucks into a group of Outlaw Motorcycle Club members on Front Beach Road, killing two and injuring four.

Pilgreen had just had a confrontation with some of the bikers at the County Pier at Panama City beach, followed them in his truck and ran over them.

A 12-member jury found him guilty and the recommended a life in prison sentence for two counts of first degree murder and four counts of attempted murder.

Friday, Outlaw Motorcycle Club member Larry Berryman went before the court to thank the police and the court system for a job well done. Berryman was critically injured after being run down by Pilgreen, and now walks with a cane.

The consecutive life in prison sentences offers Pilgreen no chance for parole.
