Springfield Man Stabs Son-in-Law

Springfield police are investigating a Saturday night stabbing involving a man and his son-in-law. They say it happened in an apartment on East 11th Street.

Officers arrived to find the victim, 28-year-old Trevor Rush of Columbia, South Carolina, with stab wounds to his back and arm.

Police arrested Rush's father-in-law, 47-year-old Ralph Presley and charged him with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and domestic violence battery.
