Panhandle Charges Reduced Against `Girls Gone Wild' Defendant

Charges have been reduced against a second lower-level defendant accused of filming underage spring break visitors baring their bosoms for the ``Girls Gone Wild'' video series.

Prosecutors dropped felony counts for 28-year-old David Youngpeter who agreed to testify against other defendants. That includes the video's producer 31-year-old Joe Francis who is facing 43 charges.

Prosecutors dropped felonies counts of racketeering and conspiring to engage in racketeering activity, each punishable by up to 30 years in prison.

He was ordered to pay a 5-hundred dollar fine in a 60-day period.

Another defendant, 29-year-old Charles Rapp, got a similar deal two weeks ago.

No trial date yet has been set for Francis.
