The coldest weather in two years moved through the Panama City area overnight Tuesday.
The National Weather Service recorded an overnight low temperature of 27 degrees early Wednesday morning at the Panama City-Bay County International Airport.
Twenty seven was also the official low at Crestview and DeFuniak Springs.
Port. St. Joe checked in with 28 degrees, Apalachicola 30 and Tallahassee had 29.
Seaside in south Walton County dropped down to 26 degrees early Wednesday. Chipley, New Hope and Quincy also reported 26.
The lowest overnight reading in the Panhandle was 25 at Marianna.
Dothan, Alabama had a 25 degree reading early Wednesday.
