The big top is coming to Panama City this week. The new Cole Brothers Circus will start setting up Monday morning in the Panama City Mall parking lot between Sears and Dillard’s.
However, for the first time, the Circus will be traveling without the elephants. Officials with the circus say the rising cost of transportation and medical care made it too expensive to keep the large animals.
But there are other animals to keep everyone entertained along with performances by tightrope artists and more.
The Circus is in town Monday through Wednesday and tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 13 and younger.
