A Panama City Beach man is accused of using duct tape to restrain his roommate’s five-year-old son while they ran a methamphetamine lab in their home.
Bay County Sheriff's Office authorities say Graham Evans knew that his roommate, Paul Clark, put duct tape on the wrists, feet and mouth of the boy while babysitting the child and his 13-year-old sibling this week.
No injuries were reported.
The two men and the child's mother are all accused of multiple drug-related charges.
Clark faces a child abuse charge, while Evans and the boy's mother, Julie Kirk, have been charged with child neglect.
