Panama City-- After about three-and-a-half months of campaigning, Greg Brudnicki is celebrating a victory with his campaign staff, family and friends.

Greg Brudnicki beat out Alvin peters 56% to 44% in the Panama City Mayoral race. Brudnicki takes the hat from Mayor Scott Clemons who served two terms in office and chose not to run again.

We caught up with Brudnicki at his celebration at Loco’s Mexican Restaurant in Panama City. (To hear what he had to say about his first priorities in office, and the revitalization of downtown Panama City watch the video above this article.)

Alvin Peters held a get-together with his campaign staff, family and friends at his home this evening. Peter says this election was an incredible experience and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

"The sun will come up in the morning and I'll press on and I'll find other ways to be of service to Panama City and continue to be somebody who’s concerned about helping our city grow and prosper for everyone," said Peters.
