Four men accused of masterminding the hostage situation at the Bay County Jail last year were all in court for pre-trial hearings Tuesday in Panama City.
James Norton, Matt Coffin, Kevin Winslett and Kevin Nix are all charged in connection with the September 5 hostage standoff.
The situation ended when the Bay County Sheriff's Office SWAT team shot two of the inmates and one of the hostages.
All four men are scheduled to be back in Bay County Circuit Court at the beginning of April for another pre-trial hearing. Right now, no trial date has been set.
Meanwhile, also in court Tuesday was Steven Fox. He is the accused leader of a group calling themselves the "Crazy White Boys.”
Bay County sheriff's office investigators say Fox and four others robbed and beat Jeffrey Shane Elliott to death.
The murder happened in the South Lagoon Drive area of Panama City Beach back in June of last year.
Fox is facing a charge of felony murder. He's scheduled to be back in court for another pre-trial hearing in April.
