Police investigators told NewsChannel Seven postal workers found a box with no address or any other labeling on it just before 9 a.m. Friday morning.
The bomb squad from Tyndall Air Force Base opened the package and found no explosives and nothing suspicious inside.
The Post Office and the roads surrounding the building were closed for almost three hours and reopened just after noon.
