Voters in Callaway wanted change and today they got it electing three new faces.
Ken Meer is no longer the mayor of Callaway, Bob Thompson, a longtime commission watchdog has taken his place after taking 67% of the vote over Meer and John Franz.
David Otano will be replacing George Smith who decided against going for re-election. Otano beat Robert Pelletier getting 66% of the votes.
In Ward 4, Mike Jones was beaten by Ralph Hollister who grabbed 68% of the votes.
Thompson, Otano, and Hollister have stood together throughout the entire campaign process, setting their signs next to each other and making it clear that they supported one another, and apparently the strategy of working together was enough to make voters put their confidence in them.
