The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is expected to release more information Monday about an incident on Laguna Beach that ended with a teenager on life support.
A spokesperson tells us the 15-year-old, who has a history of heart trouble, showed signs of medical distress when he came out of the water behind the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat around 2:00 p.m.
The teenager was taken to Bay Medical Center, where as of the time this story was posted, he’s on life support until his organs can be harvested for donation.
The boy’s name and hometown have not been released. But we understand he did not live here and his parents are on their way.
