A Panama City woman is in the Bay County Jail and another woman is hospitalized with stabbing wounds from a Sunday night incident.
Police say 27-year-old Rotissa Milwanda Irving is jailed on aggravated battery charges after she allegedly stabbed Helene Pious several times. She sustained knife wounds in the left leg and her neck.
The incident took place in an apartment at 1517 Fairland Ave in St. Andrew around 10 Sunday night.
It started in one of the apartments and then spilled outside as the suspect beat and then stabbed the victim.
Pious was taken to a local hospital in satisfactory condition.
Miss Irving, the suspect, fled the area and then returned to the scene of the crime still dressed in bloody clothes and armed with a steak knife.
She surrendered to city police at the scene.
