Testimony began Tuesday in Panama City in the trial of a 21-year-old Callaway man charged with killing a man and his girlfriend with an assault rifle.
Thomas Couch faces a life prison sentence if convicted in the deaths of 20-year-old Daniel Fabris and 17-year-old Nichole Savageau last August.
The slayings happened at a Callaway mobile home park.
A jury was selected Monday and testimony began Tuesday morning.
