Former local School Superintendent Larry Bolinger is back at the school where he started his teacher career 31-years ago at Bay High School.
School Superintendent James McCalister Thursday appointed Bolinger to be the new Bay High principal, replacing Fred Goodwin, who had retired.
It’s a homecoming for Bolinger who began his teaching career as an English teacher at Bay High. He held that position for 10 years.
Since his four years as Bay County’s School Superintendent, Bolinger has served as an administrator with the Beacon Learning Center and since 2001 has been the principal of Merritt Brown Middle School.
