Most Schools Wait on Hurricane Decisions

Gulf Coast Community College administrators have decided to suspend classes for Monday.

But most of the area's public grammar and high schools are waiting for more information before making that call.

The Bay, Jackson, Gulf, Franklin, Walton and Okaloosa school districts have NOT made a decision about Monday's classes.

But school officials stress regardless of their decision, you should do what you believe is the best for you and your family.

Spokesmen for the various school boards say decisions will be made Saturday night or Sunday morning on the status of classes.
