Juvenile Takes Deputies On a Chase
It was a wild ride for Bay County deputies Saturday morning as an escaped juvenile inmate who was on his way to Teen Court in Panama City led police on a high speed chase through Lynn Haven, and he made away with a deputy's S-U-V. This is my sisters nephew and from what I know about him, he really needs to have the maximum punishment.

This kid needs to go to prison for theft of a cop car, no strings attached. He needs to go through the event of a public trial now since he's committed a felony,also.
