The Florida Highway Patrol Tuesday arrested the driver of a hit and run vehicle involved in a traffic fatality case in early March.

28 year old Jason Lee Ramey of Panama City Beach has been charged with leaving the scene of a traffic accident involving a death on the four-lane Front Beach Road.

Troopers say Ramey pulled out of the WJHG-TV driveway at 12:30 AM March 7th. He pulled into the path of a car driven by Sukan Senakit, 21 of Panama City. Senakit died and his passenger, 20 year old Russell L. Banas was seriously injured.

Ramey fled but was arrested Tuesday by investigating Troopers.
