Investigators from the Chipley Police Department have identified a stabbing victim who died early Friday morning.

Wednesday night, a Hispanic named Enrique Caramillo showed up at the Northwest Florida Medical Center in Chipley with stab wounds in his stomach.

Paramedics air-lifted Caramillo to an Alabama hospital, where he died about two ours later.

Chipley police investigators believe Caramillo was stabbed at a mobile home park called the Circle J where he lived. They say they found a knife that could be the murder weapon.

They're looking for a man named Pedro Blancas Santa Maria. Right now, he's being called a person of interest. Authorities believe the two men worked together at a construction site in Freeport.
