PCB Auxiliary Police Officer Arrested for Sending Explicit Photos

Panama City Beach - A former Panama City Beach auxiliary police officer is in the Bay County jail after admitting he sent sexually explicit photos to a minor. Justin Jenkins, 20, was arrested at 10PM Wednesday after a citizen complained that he was sending sexually explicit photos of himself to a minor.

Investigators interviewed Jenkins who made incriminating statements that he sent explicit messages and photos to a minor by text, social media instant messaging, and online live video chatting. Jenkins joined the Panama City Beach Police Department as an auxiliary police officer in December of 2012. He has been terminated from the program as a result of this investigation which is ongoing.
