Police Arrest Murder Suspect In Deadly Double Shooting

FORT WALTON BEACH - Fort Walton Beach police have made an arrest in a deadly double shooting.

Police responded to a shooting Thursday afternoon at the Spanish Villa Condominiums on Marshall Drive. While en route, a second 911 call said two people had been shot in a vehicle near the intersection of West Audrey Drive and Sullivan Street.

One victim, 19-year-old Terrence Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim, 20-year-old John Selfridge, was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital.

Police say both shootings are connected. They have arrested 20-year-old Benjamin Rumlin and charged him with murder. More arrests are expected.
