Panama City Beach Police hosted their 22nd annual Cops and Kids day at Arnold High School on Saturday morning.
The free event brought out every local law enforcement agency in the county as well as all their gadgets.
On hand was the rollover simulator from the Florida Highway Patrol and demonstrations from the Panama City Beach Police K-9 Unit.
Officials were more than happy to show off some of their own toys to those in attendance and give away some kid-friendly toys as well.
"We're trying to bring the kids out to show them these are our toys we gt to play with and we're they're friends," said Cpl. Chris Boyer. "One of my biggest problems that I've ever had in law enforcement is parents using me as a disciplining tool. We want the children to know that we're their friends, if they need some help, they can come to us."
