PCB Businessmen Investigated for Conspiracy to Commit Fraud

PANAMA CITY BEACH - A federal grand jury has indicted 3 Panama City Beach Businessmen for conspiracy to commit fraud.

John Wall, Gilberto Lopez and Casey Patrick Lee are accuse of buying auto parts from China, then labeling them as "Made in America," once they arrived at the Freedom Marketing Inc. facility in Panama City Beach.

Prosecutors say Freedom Marketing then sold the parts to customers in Central and South America, as genuine American-made car parts, which is illegal.

NewsChannel 7 contacted the attorney for Freedom Marketing President John Wall, who said they are still looking over the indictment and can't comment at this time.
