A 9 year-old boy critically injured in a two-vehicle accident in Dothan was moved to a medical facility in Birmingham over the weekend.
Brody Upton was transferred to Children's Hospital.

The youngster was a passenger in a pickup truck that struck a church bus from Kentucky on June 29th. The church bus was headed to Panama City Beach.

The wreck occurred on Ross Circle. Upton's older sibling, 11-year-old Rippen Upton, died the next day.

Nearly two dozens people aboard the church bus also were hurt and were treated and released.
