It's was almost a year ago when a Marianna community woke to find a 19-year-old mother and her three children murdered in their apartment on Old Cottondale Road.
The father of two of the young victims and a man police call a person of interest in the case is once again behind bars.
Twenty-one-year-old Wesley Williams was arrested several weeks ago. He's charged with aggravated battery for allegedly hitting a man in the head with an object in Blountstown.
Marianna police have called Williams a person of interest in the quadruple murders because of his lack of cooperation in the investigation.
Search teams combed the back yard of William's Sneads apartment with metal detectors and digging tools last Thursday.
They have not said if they found any evidence that connects him to the March 17 murders at the Cottondale Village Apartments. That's where Danielle Baker was found shot in the head. Her three young sons were killed as a result of having their mouths duct taped.
Investigators from four different agencies have compiled over 2,000 pieces of evidence. So far no one's been arrested for the murders.
