Insurance Rate Hikes
State Farm is asking to raise rates 47 percent. Now state regulators have to decide whether or not to approve the rate hike. I am sorry, but if you chose to live on the coast, your rates should carry the full burden of risk, not the rest of us. This might stop those that are building millon dollar homes and condos in harms way and that may not be a bad thing.
