ALL THE CHARGES AGAINST ASHLEY WERE DISMISSED BEFORE TRIAL! IT IS MY SINCERE WISH THAT ANY OF YOU NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT SHE WENT THROUGH.

Just Me: Way to go!!!!I am glad to see that there are others that think she should go to jail. And what is up with the people who still work there??? Are they nuts??? They could be accomplices and go to jail as well. Or they could be blamed for what she did. I got the H out of there.

There are alot of people including myself that has worked for her and seen what was done in person. I have every right to say I hope she is convicted. And no I will not shut up until justice has been brought. I understand her husband has passed and she has 3 kids. When all of this was going on, she only had one kid. Thats how long ago all of this was brought to my attention. She should have thought about her family before screwing people over on insurance. The thing that bothers me the most is that there are other CSR's that still work for her and none of them are in any trouble. I dont understand that one bit. Is the Hunnicutts paying them off to defend them?

Whatsup: The indictment is public record. I already have a copy compliments of my attorney and would be glad to email you a copy but I need your email address. Not sure how to get it as you do not want your email posted nor do I. Any suggestions?

There is so many conflicting opinions about this. Just makes my curiousity run wild. What is the deal... some love her, some don't. Sure would like to hear some details besides the generic charges. What do you mean this is the tip of iceberg? More charges to come? Did many lose finacially from whatever happened? Can someone post the indictment? Isn't it public record?

You will have to wait for the trial for the whole story. Bottom line is that she did what she has been indited for and much more. The 23 counts of wire fraud and the 1 count of insurance fraud is just the tip of the ice burg. I would really like to tell you the whole story but I only have 1000 characters and that will not even begin the tale. You will have to trust me on this as I was up close and personal to the events.

I am glad to see that you are getting what you deserve and I hope that the judge does not skip a beat when it comes to your charges and time served for all of these accounts. Anyone who still works for her needs to be charged as well. They knew all this time what was going on and never got charged for anything. I wish they would all go down for this. Anyone who Ashley screwed over needs to step up and help get her convicted!!! Happy Trails Ashley........
