It seems a federal prisoner also wants some of Joe Francis' money.

In two weeks, Francis and his Girls Gone Wild companies will be in Panama City federal court defending against a lawsuit filed by Brittany Pitts. The Georgia woman's lawsuit claims she was an unwitting victim of Francis and his film crews while she was on Spring Break at Panama City Beach six years ago.

Now, Johnathan Lee Riches, a federal prisoner in Williamsburg, Maryland, Is asking Judge Richard Smoak to include him as a plaintiff.

Riches claims he was coerced into exposing himself to one of Francis' film crews while here in April 2002. He claims the nude tape was to be part of a "Guys Gone Wild" film.

The prisoner claims he suffered psychological trauma from being filmed and exposed on the internet. Smoak has yet to rule on the motion.
