Two Stabbed Sunday on Okaloosa Island

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing that took place around 3 a.m. Sunday morning in the parking lot of the Green Frog nightclub on Okaloosa Island.

The two victims say they’d been in an argument earlier with three Hispanic males.

Thirty-three-year-old Mike Major of 1974-D Cross Lake Cove in Fort Walton Beach was stabbed five times in the back. Thirty-seven-year old Ali Arslan of 5 Williams Street in Fort Walton Beach was stabbed once in the left arm.

Both men were taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Their injuries were not believed to be life threatening.

OCSO investigators have interviewed several people and are asking anyone with information about the crime to contact the Criminal Investigations Division at 850-609-2000 or Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at 850-863-TIPS.
